Astral Computers will be away from August 7 through August 13, 2026, with regular operations resuming on August 14.

Our online store will remain open, but order preparation, sourcing, testing, shipping and support responses will resume when we return.

To help customers plan, we have outlined our recommended order cut-off dates below.

August Order Cut-Off Dates

Custom Computer Orders

Custom systems may require 1 to 5 business days for component sourcing, followed by assembly, setup and testing. Testing can continue over weekends.

Requiring Sourced Components

• Shipped or local pickup: Order by Friday, July 24

Using In-Stock Components

• Shipped orders: Order by Wednesday, July 29
• Local pickup: Order by Thursday, July 30

These dates generally apply to systems with 16GB or 32GB of memory.

Systems with 64GB or 128GB, or orders involving memory or motherboard changes, may require an earlier cut-off because the full testing process must be completed or restarted.

Please contact us before ordering a higher-memory or heavily customized system close to these dates.

Prebuilt Computer Orders

Standard in-stock prebuilt systems generally require 1 to 3 days for final preparation, testing and packaging.

• Shipped orders: Order by Sunday, August 2
  
• Local pickup: Order by Monday, August 3

Memory upgrades, motherboard changes or other major modifications may move the order into our custom-system timeline.

Orders Placed While We Are Away

Orders can still be placed through our website between August 7 and August 13.

These orders will be held securely and reviewed beginning August 14 in the order they were received. We will confirm component availability and provide an estimated preparation timeline after we return.

Please allow for some additional processing time immediately following August 14, particularly for custom systems or orders requiring sourced components.

Orders Placed While We Are Away

Orders can still be placed from August 7 through August 13. We will begin reviewing and preparing them on August 14 in the order they were received.

Orders completed before we leave will be handed to the carrier whenever possible. Delivery before August 7 cannot be guaranteed, as carrier transit times vary by destination.

Quotes, questions and support requests received while we are away will also be answered after we return.
