We Provide A Variety Of Services For Our Customers, Here's Some General Questions We May Receive.

We do not have a physical store location for our sales or services. Customers needing service, can make a service request for drop-off or mobile services. System and component drop-off location can be found on our contact page.

We are located in Hammonds Plains, Nova Scotia for system drop-off. We provide mobile services throughout HRM and surrounding areas, mobile services fees for time and mileage apply. We provide online services to customers across Canada.

We do not currently provide hardware repairs, replacements or hardware services to Laptops and All-In-One Desktop Computers. We can provide software services and assistance to these devices to help resolve issues with software, drivers, firmware.

We do not service Apple products such as Desktops, Laptops or mobile devices. We do not service mobile tablets or phones in general.

Our prebuilt and custom computer customers receive a 1-YR of Warranty Services. Other computer companies may also provide warranty services. We do not currently provide complimentary services for other system builders/integrator. For general services we require payment on service delivery.
