To prevent damage, we may ship your graphics card separately from your desktop, often as a secondary package under the same tracking number—though they might arrive at different times.

When your graphics card arrives, you can follow our video guides to install it step-by-step. If you prefer personalized help, we’re also available to schedule an online or phone consultation to walk you through the installation process and ensure everything is set up correctly.

For any cleaning or service, please power off the system and unplug it from the wall.

In low-dust environments, cleaning every 6-12 months is usually sufficient. In high-dust areas, such as floors or spaces with pets, cleaning every 3-6 months is recommended.

  • Value Picks – RX 7600 / RX 6700XT / RTX 5060. Lower resolutions apply less strain on the graphics card, but the processor can be a limiting factor. Frame rates in games depend on the combined GPU & CPU performance.

2560×1440 Monitor: Recommended

  • Value Picks – RX 9060 XT / RTX 5060 TI / RTX 5070. As the monitor resolution increases, the graphics card is forced to render more pixels for your screen, which reduces frame rates. A strong graphics card is recommended. 1080P Recommended

4K Monitor:
