To prevent damage, we may ship your graphics card separately from your desktop, often as a secondary package under the same tracking number—though they might arrive at different times.

When your graphics card arrives, you can follow our video guides to install it step-by-step. If you prefer personalized help, we’re also available to schedule an online or phone consultation to walk you through the installation process and ensure everything is set up correctly.

In low-dust environments, cleaning every 6-12 months is usually sufficient. In high-dust areas, such as floors or spaces with pets, cleaning every 3-6 months is recommended.
