Our Prebuilt, Rebuilt and Renew desktop systems are Ready-to-ship systems that come with specific components built, tested, and configured for you. If there are no add-ons, we aim to ship all systems within 2-5 business days.
Depending on your upgrade/addon choices, the system may require additional testing before shipping, which can take anywhere from 2-4 days to complete necessary testing.
We may ship your graphics card separately from our desktop computers to prevent damage to the graphics card or motherboard "PCIE Slot" during transit. Your graphics card may be shipped with the same tracking number as a secondary package, they may arrive at different times.
Upon receiving your graphics card, we have video resources to help you to install your graphics card. We can also schedule an online or phone consultation for assistance if needed.
For any cleaning or service, please turn the system off and unplug from wall socket.
Systems in Low-Dust Environments can be cleaned every 6-12 months as needed. Systems in High-Dust Environments, on the floor or around pets, can be cleaned every 3-6 months as needed.
